New Features in Go and GoPlus
A range of new features have been made available in your TMS to make job planning simpler for you.
New Slot Planner
Go and GoPlus
The new slot planning functionality allows you to plan multiple loads in a single day for the same driver, vehicle, trailer or even subcontractor, delivering it all in a simple view so that you have complete overview of all your driver loads. You can add up to twenty slots per day up to seven days, giving you complete freedom to plan jobs the way you want.

Custom data fields
GoPlus
Record the information you need with this new feature in GoPlus.
You can create your own data fields to store extra data against jobs, loads, customers, suppliers/subcontractors, vehicles, trailers, drivers and locations.
You can define as many custom data fields as you like. They can be for text entry, numeric entry, date entry, time entry, checkboxes and even dropdown lists.
Start and end points
Go and GoPlus
Getting an accurate estimate of the distance and duration a load involves not only requires measuring how far it is between each collection and delivery, but also knowing where the vehicle will be before and after work starts. By adding start and end points to a load, you can now see the entire route in the job planner.
Multi slot, multi day
Go and GoPlus
We have now made it clearer when a load is a multi day load. With this release your traffic planners will be able to clearly see in the job planner when a load is going to take more than one day.
Distance running guide
GoPlus
The distance guide is a new Job planner feature which will help you select unplanned jobs and see how far their collections and deliveries are from a stop on an existing load. It can be used to add jobs to loads that have spare capacity and reduce empty running.
Empty miles
GoPlus
Empty miles can be a frustrating and time consuming thing to work out manually, with this new feature empty miles is calculated automatically in the job planner, allowing your traffic planners time to concentrate on higher value tasks.
