Once a load is planned in Mandata, the details are sent instantly to drivers, so they have all the information they need to get their jobs done:

• Driver’s Manifest app is updated with the daily jobs in the order you’ve planned
• Delivery and supporting documentation are provided in the app
• Driver instructions and notes are provided, relating to a job, including ADR and sailing information
• The TMS updates when drivers acknowledge the work

Electronic proof of delivery

No more duplication, errors, delays, lost paper proof of delivery, or lost revenue. With the Manifest app, POD management is easy for you and your drivers:

• Log additional or missing goods and amend job details at the point of collection/delivery (Quantity, Weight, Volume)
• Collect signatures, which are transferred to electronic documents automatically in the TMS
• Quickly scan and upload proof of delivery documents
• Record non-conformance details and upload photos

Live job progress and ETAs

Stay informed with real-time job progress updates using the Manifest app. For greater visibility use the ManifestPlus app giving turn-by-turn navigation and ETA updates:

Easily scan goods and pallets

• Mark individual goods as non-conformed / missing
• Assign goods to a location such as a bay or driver’s vehicle

Complete daily vehicle inspections with ease

Carrying out daily checks are both quick and easy with the vehicle checks app. Drivers can carry out inspections on the working condition of heavy goods vehicles using a vehicle check sheet template on their smartphone.

The Vehicle Checks app allows drivers to:

• Carry out daily vehicle inspections via mobile or tablet device
• Provide photographic evidence of any defects found
• Choose from a variety of pre-built inspection templates or create your own bespoke template
• Save inspections on the mobile for seven days to be ready for on-the-spot gate checks

Manage driver timesheets, expenses and staff holidays

Managing staff activities like timesheets, expenses, and holiday leave can be a daunting task, especially with a large workforce and outdated methods. The Team Admin app simplifies this process.

The Team Admin app allows your staff to:

• Book and view holiday requests quickly and easily providing visibility of workforce availability
• Submit and keep track of staff expenses saving time from staff expense matching
• Record and view driver time sheets allowing staff to make sure drivers are working the correct hours and taking breaks
• Publish documents and videos to share information your employees need to know about

Truck-aware satnav functionality

The navigation app combines with our driver’s Manifest app to guide drivers safely and accurately to their destination avoiding any obstacles that could affect them.

The navigation app allows you to:

• Travel to specific locations such as a particular entrance rather than just the address
• Generate live ETAs which will be updated should the driver run into any issues
• Input vehicle dimensions to avoid obstacles such as low bridges while driving
